Cocoguru High Grade coconut oil is extracted from hot-air dried, roasted copra pieces. The oil is subjected to double filtration before packing into pouches, jerry cans and bottles. High grade coconuts are hot-air dried to preserve the nutritional values of coconut and improve the shelf life. Dried copra is then cut, roasted, and pressed to get 100% pure coconut cooking oil. It has free fatty acids below 0.5%, an iodine value of about 8.5, and moisture of about 0.10%. The roasting process improves the shelf life, enhances the aroma, and boosts the taste of coconut oil. Compared to normal coconut oils, the Cocoguru high grade coconut oil has a shelf life of 12 months. The oil is highly recommended for use as cooking oil as it remains stable for a longer period. The oil can also be used for hair care, skincare, and baby care along with oil pulling.
